Sally is a reliable old gal, her easy going personality puts her at the top of the cake list. Sally is fun, fresh and the lightest off all of the cakes, she comes layered with fresh cream and finished with your choice of preserves and freeze dried fruits. Available in citrus (lemon curd and citrus décor) or berry (berry coulis and an arrangement of freeze dried berries).
THIS CAKE IS FILLED WITH FRESH CREAM and is best eaten the day of pick up or delivery. This cake is not suitable for long car rides or to sit around in the heat.
