Margie was a very special lady and in tribute to her favourite pudding we have created this tasty treat which is soft and sweet on the inside and filled with sticky salted caramel. Perfect for a show stopper at a dinner party or to take home after a rough week at work!
This beauty is our version of sticky date pudding with a wee twist just to keep you on your toes! A sticky date based cake with a hint of coconut, a gooey caramel sauce and dressed with optional seasonal flowers.
