CARE INSTRUCTIONS
CAKES
Our cakes are delicate works of art and are very fragile. We do recommend you leave plenty of time to pick up your cake and drive slowly to your destination. Our cakes are best served just below room temperature and if we are delivering your cake we will try to deliver it as close as possible to desired eating time (of course without being seen by guests).
If you choose to pick up beforehand we recommend storing them in a cool place away from the sun or heat. Our cakes come boxed and ready to travel and we recommend you have an allocated space in the car somewhere on a flat surface preferably a foot well or a space in the boot. Please note that once the cake leaves our premises (if picked up) we can no longer be responsible for damages.
Our cakes last about 5 days (cake dependent). Left overs? No problem, You can store your cake in an airtight container in a cool place (if you think you will get through it) or freeze for a later anniversary or special occasion, just remember to leave plenty of time for them to thaw and only consume once at room temperature.
*Please note: We STRONGLY advise against storing cakes with fresh cream. These should be consumed on the day of delivery or pick up.
