Mr Carrot is that stable reliable kind of guy, he has all the features you want in a cake. He is jam packed with homegrown carrots, spices and nuts, but Mr Carrot also has an added sweetness about him with a hint of pineapple creating a moist, sweet and fluffy carrot cake that is finished with cream cheese icing, crystallised ginger, crushed walnuts and seasonal flowers. Who wouldn't want to date Mr Carrot?
